01 · A Note From Our Team
Thank You for the Opportunity
Dear Daniel and Maria,
Thank you for inviting T & C Renovation LLC into your home. We know that building a custom covered deck and outdoor living space is a meaningful investment, not just in your property, but in the way your family will live, gather, and make memories for years to come. We don't take that trust lightly.
What follows lays out exactly what we propose to build, what it will cost, and how we'll protect your investment every step of the way. We've priced this project the way we price every job: honestly, with no hidden line items and no surprises once the crew arrives.
Everything we put our name on is built to last for what matters most to you. That's not a slogan to us; it's the standard our crew is held to every single day, and it's backed by the workmanship guarantee you'll find further down.
When you're ready, we'd be honored to get started. Reach out any time. We read every message ourselves.
Warm regards,
Trevor Todloski

07 · In Our Clients' Words
Trusted by Triangle Families
Trevor took the time to understand our ideas, preferences, and budget, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. We are especially thrilled with the screened-in porch, fireplace design, and tile work, and have already returned for more.
The entire process was seamless. Their inspection was thorough, they guided me every step of the way, and they sent photos throughout to keep me informed. They even followed up months later to make sure there were no issues.
They completed a large addition on time and under budget, then painted the entire exterior. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, and the reasonable pricing.
Pictures are worth a thousand words and I cannot recommend Todloski enough. Their work is professional, solid, and beautiful. They are super easy to work with and I am so happy with my new three-season porch.
Trevor and his team go above and beyond. True professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship set them apart. I would highly recommend them.
Every step of the process was explained early on and all the timelines were followed through with. We could not ask for an easier process in getting our roof replaced.

Frequently Asked
What kind of projects do you take on?
High-end bathroom remodels are our specialty, and we handle interior and exterior renovations throughout the home. If you have a project in mind, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. When a remodel involves plumbing, electrical, or structural changes, we pull the required permits and coordinate every inspection, so you never have to chase paperwork yourself.
How long will my remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels run two to four weeks once we start, depending on scope and material lead times. We give you a realistic schedule before any demolition and keep you posted at every milestone.
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout the Triangle, NC and the surrounding communities. If you're just outside the area, reach out and we'll let you know right away.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
No problem. Any change to the scope is written up as a change order and approved by you before we proceed, so the price never moves without your sign-off.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our work is backed by our workmanship warranty. See the Todloski Guarantee above for the full promise.
